Mention that PostgreSQL used cvs2svn (in the form of cvs2git).
Remove Mozilla from list, their Mercurial repository looks like it
started with a code dump from CVS rather than a conversion of their
CVS history. Maybe they were testing cvs2svn or something but then
didn't use it in the end?
