Remove now unnecessary accounting of files already touched by a commit.

This commit merges the last differences on the commit-dependencies
branch back into trunk.
* cvs2svn (CVSCommit.files, CVSCommit.has_file): Removed.
(CVSCommit.add_revision): Removed use of self.files.
