First go at Webview Tag API reference docs.
Still need to:
-- Better document autosize constraints. I've given the docs a first go, but suspect they will need to change. Also, I will move the constraints under a properties div once we have more information about how these might work.
-- Once I update 'Embed Content', including good stuff on autosizing and postMessaging, I will link to these docs (at granular level) from specific api reference.
