   8 In the personal settings a user has now a convenient checkbox called
   9 <i>Temporarily disable all notifications!</i>.  This disables <b>all</b>
  10 notification for that user - regardless of wether plain, flexible or rule
  11 based notifications are in use.

  13 <b>Note:</b> Because this is a dangerous feature, it is protected with the
  14 new permission <i>Disable all personal notifications</i>.  This permission
  15 is switched <b>off</b> in the role <i>User</i> per default. If you like this
  16 feature then you need to enable that permission.
