   8 In the past, in non-inline SNMP mode, the stderr output of all
   9 SNMP related commands was completely suppressed. It was hard
  10 to find out the source of problems in some cases, for example
  11 timeouts. The execution of those programs has been changed to
  12 output stderr messages for walks in all cases and for gets only
  13 when -v is given.
