        * configure.in: Check for mingw32 when deciding whether to build
        dlltool.
        * dlltool.c: Never include vfork.h.
        (run): Use pexecute rather than vfork.
        (gen_lib_file): Check for errors from bfd_set_archive_head and
        bfd_close.  Close all the BFDs in the archive before deleting the
        temporary files.
