15 <body>This project aims at creating a patch for the omap linux kernel based on the rt patch (RT_PREEMPT). This patch would allow true real-time behavior on hardware platform such as the BeagleBoard. In this project samples applications will be developped to show the real-time capabilities of the OMAP processor and for teaching purpose. In a next step we will try to use both the arm and dsp on real-times tasks.</body>
