Add 'pa' as MODTYPE; include extension and pdroid patches

PATCH SET #1: Added 'latest'
Reluctantly, reluctantly. These new fundamental differences between
pa and cm were also a cause for all of the trouble I had with the
upgrade to 4.1.2. I was too used to treating them interchangably.

As a notice, I am about to go on an open call for team members. I need
more man-hours for building, it is too much and I am letting things slip
in other areas trying to keep this up.

We have some volunteers for Extension (FF7uFy, wbedard). I am going to see
exactly what they can do, and will probably give them read/write pretty soon,
unless you have objections.
