   1 This directory contains the current version of mod_bandwidth for
   2 Apache 1.3x. This version won't compile on old version of Apache,
   3 include 1.3beta.

   5 A few features were added to some directives (see the source
   6 for information and instruction) and some cleaning was done
   7 to remove warning when compiling the module.

   9 The main change is a new directive, "BandWidthPulse", that totaly
  10 change the algorithm used to packet should be transmited. This
  11 may be useful in some cases but setting totaly wrong values may
  12 lower performances and even hang your webserver so read the
  13 documentation first !.
