   4 In some channels it is possible to set Caller ID presentation for a device. It is
   5 also possible to set the presentation for an active channel in the dial plan
   6 with the setcallerpres() application.

  10       allowed_not_screened    : Presentation Allowed, Not Screened
  11       allowed_passed_screen   : Presentation Allowed, Passed Screen
  12       allowed_failed_screen   : Presentation Allowed, Failed Screen
  13       allowed                 : Presentation Allowed, Network Number
  14       prohib_not_screened     : Presentation Prohibited, Not Screened
  15       prohib_passed_screen    : Presentation Prohibited, Passed Screen
  16       prohib_failed_screen    : Presentation Prohibited, Failed Screen
  17       prohib                  : Presentation Prohibited, Network Number
