   3 * Differently from most other pairs, .dix files are generated from .dix.xml and
   4   .xml files using xmllint. When you edit a file, make sure you are editing the
   5   source files (.dix.xml, .xml) and not the .dix file directly, as it will be
   6   overwritten next time you make.
