Added a small patch to backport 5d18b4aee9c05f592af532f9155aadb23ad11d4b, which fixes our setting of the cache directory. We weren't using it directly before so it wasn't obvious that we were actually leading libpurple to remove all references to the cached buddy icon files at startup before because we changed the cache directory after the blist had been loaded rather than before... and it wasn't possible to change it before the blist was loaded previously.
