Libgaim to r 371, which is libgaim [18078] plus the jabber-do-not-show-subscription-none.diff patch added to the root. This fixes the addition of non-subscribed Jabber / Talk buddies to the contact list.  The Google Talk server supplies such buddies by default; the official client has a 'Show All Address Book Contacts' option to toggle the behavior. We'll suppress them entirely. Fixes #6070. This may fix the issues in #4670; I'm not sure, as I haven't been able to reproduce.  Please test #4670 with 1.0b21 and close if appropriate or comment otherwise - refs #4670.
