Patch from Pietro Modi which resolves a localization issues with "(Copy)" which creating a new contact list theme or layout, fixes the selection of the the drop-down menu if the user makes a new theme and then presses cancel, and fixes the selection of the drop-down menu if the user makes a new theme, presses OK and in the theme editor presses cancel.
