Lots of polish & stability changes.
- Remove titlebar for more space.
- Fix the method for picking a contrasty foreground to match a background.
- Add theming to Week View.
- Add an option into the Settings meni to display the Upgrade Notes
- Add some general info to the bottom of the Upgrade Notes
- Make the Upgrade notes display in reverse version order.
- Try to improve sync performance.
- Fix .acal file format to handle single URL and cope with import from old format files.
- Bug fixes.
