Updated and fixed edit app; system call sys_getch () was rewrited for using memory pointer
instead of register; fixed system call sys_putch () - user app can write text when current tty
is not same as app's tty; improved system call sys_gotoxy (); command help was improved;
tty_putnch () was improved - backspace is handled correctly
