* Christmas edition *; fixed irc /os command; small cleanup in fd.c; improvements in TCPv4
and TCPv6 in meaning of speed - dynamical allocation was replaced with statical, where it is
possible; floppy driver tbaddr was replaced with floppy_tbaddr what is dynamically allocated;
cleanup in floppy.c; let's play noels with xmastime command in shell !!
