   2 INSTRUCTIONS: Preparing Samba packages for Solaris

   4 To produce a package:

   6 * Build the binaries (by running ./configure; make; in the source directory)
   7 * Type sh makepkg.sh

   9 The package will be created in the /tmp directory.

  11 By default, the package will be built to install samba in /usr/local
  12 To change the default, modify the INSTALL_BASE variable in makepkg.sh
  13 This is after you have configured samba with a --prefix option of the
  14 alternate samba location and then created the binaries.
