   3 Files in the source directory which begin with the prefix "ubi_" are
   4 licensed under the terms of the GNU LIBRARY GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE
   5 (LGPL).  A copy of the LGPL should also be included in this directory
   6 under the name COPYING.LGPL.  If this file is not present, you can
   7 obtain a copy of the LGPL by writing to the Free Software Foundation,
   8 Inc., 675 Mass Ave, Cambridge, MA 02139, USA.
