   4 1) Follow the samba installation instructions.

   6 2) If all goes well, test it out by creating a share on your PC (called
   7 backup for example) then doing something like,

   9   ./smbtar -s mypc -t /dev/rmt/0ubn -x backup

  11 substituting whatever your tape drive is for the -t option, or set your
  12 tape environmental variable.
