   8 (<i>This section is unfinished.</i>) As the <a href="http://www.gnu.org">GNU</a> project
   9 advocates, software should be free. However, the <a href="http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html">GPL</a>
  10 <i>is</i> itself a license, and although it differs substantially in its conditions from
  11 most commercial software licenses, it still places restrictions on the software itself;
  12 the most notable of these being proprietary usage and a requirement to retain license
  13 information on all copies as well as require derivative works also be under the GPL. Going
  14 towards more freedom, there are the BSD and MIT licenses. However, they still require the
  15 license/copyright text to be included.<br>

  17 But a common feature of all of the above is that there is an author to be identified. There
  18 is someone who wants to be known by a name. <i>What if we don't</i>? What if someone simply
  19 wants to contribute to and advance society's common body of knowledge? That is the essence
  20 of this project. To be Anonymous is to free yourself from a self-centered society and become
  21 someone who does not contribute for fame and recognition, but only for the sake of the
  22 contribution and its implications to the progress of knowledge.<br>

  29 whatever you want with it -- use it, copy it, modify it, sell it, use it in your own software,
