Add FrobTADS live ebuild.
This is a live ebuild (git) for FrobTADS, as hosted on:
http://code.assembla.com/frobtads
It is suitable both for live, as well as non-live usage, according to the
package atom (it checks itself for a "-9999" version, in which case it will use
git to fetch the master branch.) The ebuild in Portage will be replaced with
this one on the next version bump.
