set layout.word_select.stop_at_punctuation to true

This affects double-clicking on a word, or hitting M-back_space.  Setting
it to true means punctuation characters are treated as word boundaries.
This is already the default on most platforms, but we had a report that it
was not so on OpenSUSE.
