extensions.update.autoUpdateDefault: pref true by default
Users reported an error opening the AdblockPlus settings window, coupled
with an error on getBoolPref in resource://gre/modules/AddonManager.jsm.
We found that it was due to not having a value for the preference
extensions.update.autoUpdateDefault.
