hint_keymap: unbind left and right, bind C-n and C-p
since editing is now possible in the hints minibuffer state, right and
left will no longer be next/previous-hint, but used to move the cursor
instead. down, up, C-n, C-p, C-s, and C-r are all available for
next/previous-hint.
