   3 Here is a list of projects that various people have expressed interest
   4 in.  Before starting working on one of these projects, it may be a
   5 good idea to get in touch with the relevant people. Please also read
   6 the files AUTHORS and README for projects that are included into the
   7 SANE-package. For frontends, look at the sane-frontends package.
   8 For backends or stand-alone drivers, add a .desc file or add an entry
   9 to unsupported.desc.
