  17 The terms and conditions of the KOL&MCK\r
  18 Library Software License Agreement have \r
  19 one major goal in mind; to foster a development \r
  20 community based around the KOL (Key Objects\r
  21 Library) and MCK (Mirror Classes Kit for KOL)\r
  22 and associated source code.\r
  23 KOL&MCK Library does however reserve the\r
  24 right as the sole distributor of the library \r
  25 source code. Hence although I encourage\r
  26 you to change and modify the library to \r
  27 suit your needs, you may not distribute\r
  28 derivative works based on the library\r
  29 source code without express written \r
  30 permission from KOL&MCK Library author. \r
  31 Worthwhile changes and modifications to \r
  32 the libraries may be submitted to KOL&MCK\r
  33 Library author for integration into a\r
  34 future release of the product.\r

  36 LICENSE\r

  38 This software, including documentation, \r
  39 source code, object code and/or additional\r
  40 materials (the "Software") is owned by \r
  41 KOL&MCK author.\r
  42 This Agreement does not provide you with \r
  43 title or ownership of Product, but only a\r
  44 right of limited use as outlined in this \r
  45 license agreement. KOL&MCK Library author\r
  46 hereby grant you a non-exclusive, \r
  47 royalty free license to use the Software\r
  48 as set forth below:\r

  50  . integrate the Software with your\r
  51    Applications or DLLs, subject to the\r
  52    redistribution terms below.\r
  53  . modify or adapt the Software in whole\r
  54    or in part for the development of \r
  55    Applications based on the Software.\r
  56  . use portions of the KOL&MCK Library \r
  57    source code or KOL&MCK Library Demo\r
  58    Programs in your own products and\r
  59    libraries.\r

  61 REDISTRIBUTION RIGHTS\r

  63 You are granted a non-exclusive, \r
  64 royalty-free right to reproduce and\r
  65 redistribute executable files created\r
  66 using the Software (the "Executable Code")\r
  67 in conjunction with software products that\r
  68 you develop and/or market (the \r
  69 "Applications"). \r

  71 RESTRICTIONS\r

  73 Without the expressed, written consent of\r
  74 KOL&MCK Library author, you may NOT:\r

  79    your customers (such information\r
  80    must refer to any Copyright and legal\r
  81    notes on portions of Software distributed,\r
  82    version information on Software used\r
  83    to redistribute, notes on changes\r
  84    made, if any, and must include any\r
  85    necessary information to provide a chance\r
  86    for your customers to find and re-use\r
  87    the original Software if they want to\r

  89  . rent or lease the Software.\r
  90  . sell any portion of the Software on \r
  91    its own, without integrating it into \r
  92    your Applications or DLLs as Executable \r

 115 KOL&MCK LIBRARY AUTHOR DO NOT WARRANT THAT\r
 116 THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE SOFTWARE \r
 117 WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE \r
 118 OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE \r
 119 UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.\r

 122 KOL&MCK Library shall create a warranty.\r

 124 LIMITATION OF REMEDIES AND LIABILITY.\r
