   1 The painmap form will use the image named 'painmap.png'.
   2 It is currently a copy of 'body-map-male-n-female.png
   3 The other supplied form is a body-map-female.png

   5 Copy any PNG image you prefer in it's place prior to
   6 entering actual form data as the XY coordinates will
   7 not align correctly after the fact.

   9 The image should be no more than 600 pixels wide to
  10 fit nicely on the enounter page.
