* crtstuff.c (__dso_handle): Set section from
TARGET_LBIGCC_SDATA_SECTION if defined.
* doc/tm.text (TARGET_LIBGCC_SDATA_SECTION): Document.
* config/mips/mips.h (TARGET_LIBGCC_SDATA_SECTION): Define.
