   4 Neatrefer troff preprocessor is a small refer clone for managing
   5 bibliographic references.  It assumes each record in the database has
   6 an 'L' key which specifies the label of the record.  When referencing,
   7 only this key is searched among the records in the database; thus
   8 neatrefer is not compatible with the original refer.  A new -m
   9 parameter has been added to allow multiple references in a single
  10 .[/.] macro, as white space separated list of labels; refer tries to
  11 use reference intervals if possible.
