  31 Removes a given easy_handle from the multi_handle. This will make the
  32 specified easy handle be removed from this multi handle's control.

  34 When the easy handle has been removed from a multi stack, it is again
  35 perfectly legal to invoke \fIcurl_easy_perform()\fP on this easy handle.

  37 Removing an easy handle while being used, will effectively halt the transfer
  38 in progress involving that easy handle. All other easy handles and transfers
  39 will remain unaffected.
