   2 "Software") and its documentation (the "Documentation") are
   3 copyrighted by Open Market, Inc ("Open Market").  The following terms
   4 apply to all files associated with the Software and Documentation
   5 unless explicitly disclaimed in individual files.

   7 Open Market permits you to use, copy, modify, distribute, and license
   8 this Software and the Documentation solely for the purpose of
   9 implementing the FastCGI specification defined by Open Market or
  10 derivative specifications publicly endorsed by Open Market and
  11 promulgated by an open standards organization and for no other
  12 purpose, provided that existing copyright notices are retained in all
  13 copies and that this notice is included verbatim in any distributions.

  15 No written agreement, license, or royalty fee is required for any of
  16 the authorized uses.  Modifications to this Software and Documentation
  17 may be copyrighted by their authors and need not follow the licensing
  18 terms described here, but the modified Software and Documentation must
  19 be used for the sole purpose of implementing the FastCGI specification
  20 defined by Open Market or derivative specifications publicly endorsed
  21 by Open Market and promulgated by an open standards organization and
  22 for no other purpose.  If modifications to this Software and
