   1 This directory contains m4 macro files for GNU Midnight Commander,
   2 Neither of those files is maintainted here.  Don't change those
   3 files unless:

   5 1) you are upgrading them from the latest version of the package where
   6 they are maintained

  10 2) it's a fix that is needed right now AND this fix has been submitted
  11 to the proper maintainer.
