fix building with SYSTEM_LUA

- update doc: what is Trolltech ;)
- test add_library with MODULE because plugins are modlules for cmake
- add remeaining Qt lib, see end of CMakeLists
- fix cmake script to use external cpptoxml, until then build also cpptoxml
