Maintain an info/lastactivity file
The single line in the file will be the most recent commit date
of any of the heads (refs/heads/*). This is the same date that
gitweb uses to compute its last activity age.
This allows other repository browsers such as cgit to use the
info/lastactivity file to do a better job showing recent activity.
