regproj: retain settings on error and automatically select source
If there is an error, when the form is displayed again, be sure to
retain all of the previously user-entered values (except for the
two password fields and the anti-captcha).
Whenever a change is made to the contents of one of the mirror
source text fields, automatically select its corresponding radio
button for the user.
