Bump glk-headers to 0.7.4

* 64bit patch incorporated upstream

* Drop gtkglk-extensions patch, I think it's safe to say the plan to
  resurrect gtkglk is well and truely abandoned by now.  Previously it
  would (probably) have just been a case of adapting the Unicode
  functions to the Glk 0.7 API, but with more functionality being
  added in later versions of the spec....

* Add GPL-2 to LICENSE for the Gargoyle extensions.
