remove note about M-x ssl-add-exception from netError.xml
This is causing problems with XULRunner 2, and while I experimented a bit
with fixing it, a proper solution will take time. Since it's a cosmetic
feature, it makes sense to temporarily remove it so that it doesn't block
people from using XULRunner 2.
