Debian package: Don't use "dpkg-parsechangelog -S" for now.
dpkg-parsechangelog's -S option is only available in Testing/Jessie so
far and there's not yet a dpkg-dev backport available for
Stable/Wheezy as there was for Squeeze in the past.
This way, the conkeror Debian packages are buildable on Debian 6
Squeeze (with dpkg-dev backport) and Debian 7 Wheezy again.
