search-engines/duckduckgo.xml: update for Conkeror/DuckDuckGo agreement
DuckDuckGo has offered to support Conkeror through a revenue sharing
agreement based on "click-throughs" that come from our duckduckgo webjump.
This new version of duckduckgo.xml adds a parameter to the search url that
identifies the webjump as the source of the search to DuckDuckGo to effect
the agreement.
