   1 These sources need to be merged with the unix sources in th directory
   2 above.  The result compiles with Borland C++ 4.0 and seems to work
   3 Because of the small system stack the byte code compiler cannot be
   4 compiled from scratch under MS Windows, but it can be compiled by
   5 starting with .fsl files created elsewhere.
