   1 Locations partially in a different sequence still don't work well.

   3 Some descriptions with offending special characters are not
   4 backslashed correctly, and break the mysql insert statement.  If
   5 loading a large database in its entirety, and are therefore likely to
   6 encounter one of these crazy entries, use the safe option for loading
   7 them into the database
