        errors inside LWP_something. The failed LWP_GetRock() is not
        harmful in itself.

        * lwp/plwp.c: Make ifdefs in LWP_NewRock() for pthreads work.
        Ifdefs should be named and structured the same way when supposed
        to do the same thing. LWP_GetRock() does not return LWP_SUCCESS 
        in spite of failing any more.

        First, We are sure, its not a mountpoint. Second since following
        mountpoints lock both parent and child, and mountpoints breaks the
        tree that usully filesystem enforce (non-directed graph) we can
        deadlock one thread looks up from "root" -> "directory" and a
        second from "directory" -> "..".

        * arlad/fcache.c (create_file): give ourself AADMIN on newly
        create files, the fileserver failes to tell us that.

        * arlad/messages.c (afsrights2nnpfsrights): handle INSERT rights
        slight better by lie-ing though our teeth. The comment in the code
        say:
        
        If its a file, and the AADMIN bit is set, we are the owner of the
        file. Now we really want to know if we had AINSERT the bits on the
        directory, but since we don't know that here, lets just punt and
        let the fileserver tell us later if we guess right. Give read and
        write to ourself for now.
