 286 any keystroke will be interpreted by the internal command engine. INSERT mode
 287 is automatically activated if an input field on a website becomes focused.
 288 Should this not work (due to limitations of the Webkit-GTK engine and the faulty
 289 HTML code of some websites, this is possible), you can manually switch the
 290 browser to PASSTHROUGH mode instead (Ctrl+Z). In INSERT and PASSTHROUGH modes,
