   3 This is a front-end to control the image quality of a V4L2 USB2 webcam on Linux
   4 It is written in python, using the GTK toolkit, to use this application,
   5 you must install the debian packages "ivtv-utils" & "python-configobj", ofcourse
   6 it goes without saying that python is required as well.

   8 This application saves the configuration chosen by the user into the file
   9 named microdia.cfg
