   4 OpenDDS is an open source implementation of the Object Management Group
   5 (OMG) Data Distribution Service (DDS), developed and copyrighted by
   6 Object Computing Incorporated (OCI). OpenDDS is both a multi-language
   7 and multi-platform implementation. The OMG DDS specification is intended
   8 to be suitable for systems whose requirements include real-time, high
   9 volume, robustness, failure tolerant data distribution utilizing a
  10 publish and subscribe model.

  13 to use, modify, and distribute the source code, as long as you include
