xz-utils: NEWS: Add a general caveat about interleaved output

The current text might leave one wondering why ‘unxz >> foo’
is permitted to behave the way it does.  So give an example to
explain why this construction (concurrent with other output)
was unsafe in the first place, suggesting

unxz | dd ifs=4096 ofs=4096 >> foo

as a safer alternative.
