liblzma-doc: Drop documentation already shipped with xz-utils
The /usr/share/doc/liblzma-doc directory can be overwhelming.
After this patch, it just contains copyright information, a
changelog, a README.Debian with pointers to documentation elsewhere,
and an html/ directory with the API documentation.
User-level documentation for xz-utils is still in
/usr/share/doc/xz-utils, where it belongs.
The /usr/share/doc/liblzma-doc directory can be overwhelming.
