xz-lzma: Avoid conflict with lzip 1.7
Do not install lzgrep and lzdiff commands: their functionality is
provided by xzgrep and xzdiff, and lzip 1.7 includes commands of
the same name. Add a note to README.Debian to help users of
scripts requiring the LZMA Utils interface to work around this.
