Remove broken and disabled replicationtest.py
It's never worked reliably, and was disabled shortly after being
added over a decade ago. Unsurprisingly it's bit-rotted at least
a bit since.
Nobody seems interested in fixing it, so I think it's time to just get
rid of it. Closes #320.
